Who knew sprouts could be so beautiful?? 🌱💚 And delicious, of course.
I ordered some live sprouts from our local organic farmer, Green Earth Organics. They arrived so beautiful and full of life! I put them in the windowsill. When I woke up this morning, they were glowing in the soft light. It’s like they were radiating their magical green ligh right into my eyes!
“Hey, Fran! Look at us! Woohoo.”

Partners in Crime and Grace
Mister Rocky is my constant companion in all I explore here in Ireland, both this beautiful landscape and my inner landscape. He is a great teacher of curiosity, joy, exuberance and rest. And he is kind and patient without ego to a degree I can only aspire to.
We look at other beings in our lives so often as just a pet, just a dog, just a cat, a bird, a fish, but if we really look, they’re often, if not always, teachers of the most important things in life or spotlights for the places in ourselves that are hurting or hurting others.
My days with this dear friend, no matter how long, will be too few. I make a concerted effort to soak up the moments of his joyful morning prancing, his silly snorting when he jumps around on the bed and when he sleeps with such elegant rest fullness, only to immediately jump to good natured alertness no matter what he is being called to do.
For you, I wish a friend like Mister Rocky and the ability to embrace the many gifts they offer so freely and effortlessly.
